Woo hoo!!! 2011 will mark the 50 year anniversary of the partnership between the United States Peace Corps and the Government of Ghana. In 1961, President John F. Kennedy and the U.S. Congress passed the Peace Corps Act. As Ghana is the first country that Peace Corps Volunteers served in, Ghana PCVs have the unique experience of working in a country that has been so positively influenced by Peace Corps. Anywho...I'll write more about this at a later date. The point of this post is to show off the logo I designed for the occasion!
